I'm ready for my close-up

Some of you who have been following the local news will probably know what I'm referring to when I say:

I'm contemplating letting myself get exploited on national television for the entertainment of the (Canadian) masses.

Actually, I don't exactly know how entertaining I'd actually be. I don't even know if anyone watches it, though it's apparently in it's 5th season now or something like that. I mean, c'mon, Canadian television? It just can't compare with American fare for couch potatoes.

Sprung it on my mom during dinner today. I'm sure she didn't think I was serious.

Until I mentioned that they're asking for consent to film family, friends, and coworkers, too.

Enh, just thought it might be fun. We'll see.
