I had to buy new batteries for Rocky yesterday. It's his 3rd set since last Christmas. That's pacing it, is it not?

I hate getting him batteries. The first time, I had my friends go get it 'cuz I just could not get them. The 2nd time, I sucked it up and bought the frigging batteries, despite the curious look on the clerk's face. This time around, the clerk seemed oblivious. I made some excuse about looking for batteries for my godson's birthday present. I mean, do toys even use those type of batteries anymore?

I bought 2 packs at the same time to avoid the hassle again later. That should last him quite a while. Stoopid stoopid batteries. Perhaps Rocky should look into solar power or rechargeables. Something. Anything.
