Missy Elliott tops MTV nominees Alright! I hope she wins all those categories, too.

A while back I mentioned how much I admire Missy. I love her music, and the weight she has lost inspires me to do the same for myself. Truth be told, her CDs are my soundtrack of choice when I'm at the gym. Although she was coerced to lose the weight for medical reasons, that does not mean I do not need to exercise in the same manner. Consider it preventative measures. Anyway, I'm glad she's getting the amount of recognition she is rightfully due.
